Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange online orders within 30 days provided that the item is unused and unblemished. We generally do not offer refunds.

Returns
Our online policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange (Hand knotted rugs may still be exchanged after this period provided the product is in perfect condition)

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product please contact us directly or navigate to our Returns Center.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable yet may be deducted from exchanges of greater value or future purchases.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
