Our online policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange (Hand knotted rugs may still be exchanged after this period provided the product is in perfect condition)

In Store purchase Exchange only with in two days in all Power Loom Rugs & 7 Days in Hand Knotted rugs as long as Rugs in Perfect Condition, Must be Exchange for same Price or Higher.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
